Classic and contemporary details blend effortlessly across all our suites and rooms, providing 21st century luxury in grand and sumptuous surroundings. 

Our rooms and suites have been recently refurbished by leading designer Guy Oliver, who has paid close attention to the formality, symmetry and simplicity of the Adam-style interiors.

Authentic colours
Walls have been painted in a range of period colours including peppermint green with silver leaf and Edwardian slate, while bold white bathrooms, in Grecian Thassos marble, reflect cleanliness and purity.

Bespoke furnishings
Bespoke and inherited furniture has been chosen to mirror the individual character of each room or luxury suite and damask silk curtains have been chosen to frame the large wide windows in many of the rooms.

In the bathrooms, solid nickel taps and built-in vanity units are gentle references to the Deco period while flat screen TVs above the enamelled cast iron baths are pure indulgence.

Original artwork has been chosen for each Connaught suite and room based on its unique style – resulting in an impressive and eclectic collection.
