A dedication to design and a wider commitment to the creative spirit are what give the Connaught a unique place among the luxury hotels of the world.

The Connaught combines the reassurance of traditional English craftsmanship with the contemporary features expected by the modern traveller.

    • Interiors are a seamless blend of traditional and contemporary, from the symmetry of Adam-inspired decoration to the sensitive, modern approach taken by world-class designers such as David Collins, Guy Oliver and India Mahdavi.
    • The Moon Garden, by Tom Stuart-Smith, is a subtle homage to British landscapes in one of the most serene of our outside spaces.
    • Original art can be found throughout the hotel on the walls of guest rooms and in its public spaces. From Graham Sutherland and Barbara Hepworth to two of Damien Hirst’s butterfly pieces, the Connaught’s expertly curated collection is some 3,000 pieces strong – and growing.
    • Tadao Ando’s Silence water feature – a commission that the Connaught played a significant role in – exemplifies the calm of this quiet corner of Mayfair Village.
