A close collaboration between our knowledgeable concierge and personalised butler services ensures that every moment of your stay is trouble-free. This service provides everything you need outside the hotel (by the concierge) with everything you need inside the hotel (by your personal butler). The concierge team of experts, with on-the-pulse knowledge of what’s going on in and around London, will inform your stay from touch-down to take-off.

Tradition is dialled into current trends
Once you have checked-in, your personal butler will be waiting outside your suite door, with your ‘wish list’ complete, in order to familiarise you with your suite surroundings. From hereon in, the butlers will cater for your every whim, including prompt room service from sunrise to sunrise. Their sartorial knowledge is matched by their understanding of modern trends; and they are all fully trained in I.T.
