Hélène Darroze, one of France’s most distinguished chefs, is taking the gastronomic experience at the Connaught into a new and exciting phase.
Inspired by authentic regional and seasonal flavours, Hélène’s cuisine has its roots in her native Landes region of south west France.
Already a holder of a Michelin star for her restaurant on Paris’s Left Bank, she recently received her second Michelin star for Hélène Darroze at the Connaught.

Hospitality Action Week
For the week of 14th May to 20th May 2012 we will be supporting Hospitality Action by adding a discretionary £1 donation to each bill and matching each donation that is made. The Hospitality Action charity looks after hospitality industry employees who have hit hard times in the current climate and need a helping hand.
August Closure
Hélène Darroze at the Connaught will be closed from Sunday 12th August and will reopen on Tuesday 28th August 2012. During this period guests are still invited to join us for lunch, afternoon tea or dinner at Espelette.
