This veritable feast kicks off with your selection of charcuteries, sliced 'a la minute' on the antique Berkel machine, home-made terrines and galantines, and an assortment of fresh and crisp salads. Then select your preferred topping for the accompanying smoked Scottish salmon; from Royal Bortago to an assortment of freshly baked home-made breads..
The seasonally updated choice of mains plays on traditional recipes and may include our famous Connaught hot dog made from smoked sausage from Morteau and complemented by caramelised pink onion and potato foccaccia, Eggs Benedict with cod, York ham soldiers and black truffle from Périgord or the ultimate classic Caesar salad with grilled chicken.
The fearless can then progress to a selection of desserts; home-made Danish pastries created by chef Kirk Whittle, mouth-watering chocolate brownies with macadamia nuts, fruit salad in season served with organic fromage frais and sublime waffles cooked to order and garnished according to choice.
