• Price are inclusive of VAT at 15%, service charge and delivery
• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from point of sale
• All bookings are subject to availability. Pre booking is strongly recommended due to limited availablility
• Gift certificates are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen
• Certificate must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the Connaught
• Experiences are provided with set components for set numbers of people and we are unable to amend or tailor-make ingredients
• Information provided is correct at the time of going to print. However content is liable to change thereafter
• Any changes will be advised at time of booking
• Experience certificates will be dispatched within 3 working days.
