The Connaught assures the modern traveller a delectable choice of dining from daylight to twilight. There are two atmospheric bars, with all day dining in the Gallery, a new Portland stone-clad conservatory looking out onto Carlos Place and Mount Street. Gourmet delights and indulgences follow, from June 2008, when the restaurant re-opens as ‘Hélène Darroze at the Connaught’ under the inspired leadership of Hélène Darroze, the new two Michelin-starred Executive Chef.
