Hélène Darroze, one of France’s most distinguished chefs, is taking the gastronomic experience at the Connaught into a new and exciting phase.
Inspired by authentic regional and seasonal flavours, Hélène’s cuisine has its roots in her native Landes region of south west France.
Already a holder of a Michelin star for her restaurant on Paris’s Left Bank, she recently received her first Michelin star for Hélène Darroze at the Connaught.
This fine dining restaurant has also received 3 AA Rosettes for 2009.
