Here world-renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten brings his signature cuisine to London, as eclectic menus draw on his love of the city and experiences in the Far East. Seasonal classics are balanced with rich Southeast Asian flavours, crafted from autumn’s finest produce – whether it’s a Thai basil twist on Cornish turbot, or Hereford beef fillet with gently spiced pear. To drink, there are carefully selected bottles from The Connaught’s extensive wine cellars, alongside our famous cocktails.

At home, enjoy a break from the kitchen and have the inimitable Jean-Georges prepare supper instead. For all those craving his signature market-to-table menus, a selection of dishes are now available for delivery and collection.

For a delicious spin on tradition, gather for an all-the-trimmings Thanksgiving celebration by Jean-Georges at The Connaught. On Thursday 27 November, a bespoke lunch and dinner menu offers a taste of the finest American fare, with four courses a showcase for roasted turkey, classic sides and pumpkin pies aplenty.
