Our much loved Connaught hound which graces the hotel emblem, has been reimagined as a chocolate hazelnut cake. This miniature work of art will be a patisserie signature, available to take away or feast on at the Patisserie.

Master Pâtissier Nicolas Rouzaud brings his artistry to the festive season with a new collection that blends meticulous craftsmanship with the comforting flavours of Christmas. Mince pies brim with jewel-like fruit, while a gently spiced twist on the iconic Trio au Chocolat is best paired with heartwarming gingerbread lattes. For a showstopping centrepiece at home, yule logs in three-chocolate and hazelnut, or orange and almond editions are made to share.
Delicious by design
Layered textures of pink sandstone, walnut wood and polished mirrors create a chic palette of interiors by Ab Rogers Design with colourful glass lights suspended above the centrepiece of pistachio-rippled Bianco Fantastico marble.
